My name is Barb and my husband Barry and I are looking forward to helping you achieve your version of success, with our personal growth and leadership trainings!

 Who the heck are we?    We are experienced.​
Barry and I have built several businesses in our 30 years together:
A full service Interior Design business- 16 incredible years!
Bought/renovated/managed our rental properties-business
We owned/managed  2 franchises-7 years- with over a dozen employees.
We learned a LOT and looking to share that knowledge!

In 2008, in a crappy economy,
we built a direct sales business to the very top pay level our very 1st year-
achieving #40 out of  # 600,000+ reps, all without social media and leads.
We have sustained that top level NINE YEARS LATER.

Along this journey, Barry and I discovered we had a common theme. ​
We LOVE helping people!  
We LOVE sharing, coaching and mentoring.
