Barry and I grew up in the same small, rural farm community in northern Connecticut.
Barry enjoyed riding dirt bikes and achieved many #1 statuses in Enduro and Hare Scramble racing locally, regionally and nationally.
He earned a spot on the US team twice for the the grueling Six Day Events overseas.
In the early 80's, Barry was the
#1 National Hare Scramble Champion,
showcasing his competitive nature.

We bought leadership and business books. We attended trainings and events. We learned we could INCREASE our success by intentionally growing "ourselves".
Over the next 15 years, we built an incredible business that included commercial and residential clients as well as a furniture store.

to become experts, plus more training for our mind.....that is
to personally develop ourselves
so we could achieve bigger and greater things.
Over the next 30 years, we would build, buy and own several types of businesses. Brick and mortar to direct sales.
We would work just the 2 of us or have employees and manage teams.
Each new level of success would be preceded by personal and leadership growth trainings.
You cannot achieve new and increased success with the same thinking you have now.
Your current level of success is the sum result of what you know to this point, today.
You have to become aware of NEW THINKING to achieve the next level of success!
We are not special, anyone can learn, do, be and have, but we are unique.
Most people will not take the extra effort to invest in themselves.
It is kind of silly when your success in life is determined by how much you have developed yourself.
About 15% of success is determined by technical skills.
85% is "soft skills" such as leadership, communication and connecting with people!
Research carried out by the Carnegie Institute of Technology
shows that 85 percent of your financial success is due to skills in “human engineering,”
your personality and ability to communicate, negotiate, and lead.
Shockingly, only 15 percent is due to technical knowledge.
Additionally, Nobel Prize winning Israeli-American psychologist, Daniel Kahneman, found that people would rather do business with a person they like and trust rather than someone they don’t, even if the likeable person is offering a lower quality product or service at a higher price.

In 2008, there were only 53 Top Level pay plan teams
and we accomplished that our 1st year!
2008-no leads, and no social media to really speak of.
We quickly built that business to 3 Million Dollar Team.
WE have sustained that top title for 9 years.
